Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
For health and safety reasons, certain products such as sterile medical supplies, injectable accessories, or opened products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
